What is Feldenkrais?

Named after it’s founder, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, The Feldenkrais Method is an efficient and effective way to release chronic pain and tension from your body.

Through very slow and gentle movements made with focused attention, The Feldenkrais Method helps your brain reorganize your whole musculoskeletal system to be more functional, while also decreasing physical pain and tension.

In today’s Feldenkrais exercise, you’re going to be guided to move your hands and eyes in specific and simple ways.

By engaging in these gentle movements, and paying attention to your own comfort as you do them, your body signals to your nervous system that it’s safe to relax. This allows the unconsciously held patterns of stress and tension in your body to literally melt away.
