In today’s somatic meditation for self-empowerment, we’re going to harness the power of my very favorite emotional healing tools: Havening Techniques®, Regenerating Images in Memory®, and Iffirmations.
Havening Techniques will gently soothe our nervous systems, creating a safe space for us to explore our feelings and emotions. Regenerating Images in Memory will help us unearth our inner strength and clarity and deeply connect with our personal power. And, Iffirmations will guide us toward embracing new possibilities of empowerment.
